SURGE Staffing is seeking an experienced Press Operator in Ohio with a strong background in progressive die stamping within a metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will set up and operate stamping presses, work with progressive dies, and maintain quality and production standards.

Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with stamping presses ranging from 100 to 800+ tons.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator with a strong background in progressive die stamping within a metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience setting up and operating stamping presses, working with progressive dies, and maintaining quality and production standards.

Candidates should be mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with stamping presses ranging from 100 to 800+ tons. Strong math skills, blueprint reading, and experience using precision measuring instruments are essential.

Pay Rate: Low to mid-$20s per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Shift: 1st Shift
