Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of press operator experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate stamping presses in a high-precision environment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
• Follow instructions to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition prior to production.
• Follow process instructions to meet customer specifications.
• Operate related handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safety‑oriented work environment.
• Follow all EPA, OSHA, and internal safety guidelines.
• Report incidents, near misses, and support a proactive safety culture.
• Participate in cross‑training and perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring a Press Operator to safely set up and operate stamping presses in a high‑precision manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with single and progressive die sets and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow within a supportive and high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Set up tools, feeders, payoffs, and coil straighteners
• Handle, use, and install tooling and materials safely
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
• Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition prior to production
• Follow process instructions to meet customer specifications
• Operate related handling equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and safety‑oriented work environment

Compensation

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
