Qualifications

• Experience with die-build procedures and punch press equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Strong measurement skills using calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Build and repair progressive dies following design and blueprint guidelines.
• Modify tooling to adapt to customer requests and engineering needs.
• Troubleshoot die and press performance on the production floor.
• Execute tooling changeovers across multi-part tooling systems.
• Operate drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines to fabricate components.
• Conduct test runs to verify tool chemin and contour accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards in a loud industrial environment.
