Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in metal stamping set ups, can lift 50 lbs, and work well in a team. Overtime and multiple shifts are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Metal Stamping Punch Press Set Ups (20-300 tons).
• Experience reading inspection prints for first piece approval and part prints for adjustments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of stamping presses.
• Read and understand inspection prints for first piece approval and prints to adjust equipment.
• Follow ISO/TS control plans and work instructions.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping at all times.
• Retrieve tooling from die storage and prepare setups per shop papers.
• Assist production operators and report setup times to scheduler.
• Stop production if nonconforming conditions are detected.
