The role involves setting up progressive dies, adjusting for alignment and quality, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with tool room and maintenance, ensuring first-piece quality and documentation, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over progressive dies
• Perform die adjustments to ensure proper alignment and part quality
• Troubleshoot die and press issues to keep production running smoothly
• Work closely with tool room, and maintenance teams
• Verify first-piece quality and complete required documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area
