Rolite Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Progressive Die Press Operator to safely run and monitor high-tonnage presses, producing metal stampings to specification.

The role requires attention to quality, adherence to safety procedures, basic die maintenance, and clear communication with production teams. You will load coils, set up dies, verify alignment, perform minor adjustments, and inspect parts with micrometers and calipers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating progressive die presses.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and feed progressive die presses with accuracy.
• Operate presses up to 250 tons and monitor feed, alignment, and die function.
• Perform minor adjustments and troubleshoot to maintain production flow.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision gauges.
• Record production data, scrap, and downtime.
• Maintain die and press cleanliness and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Follow blueprints and packing instructions as required.
• Communicate production status and quality concerns to the Lead Engineer.
