Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care Telemetry in Mesa, AZ, on a part-time Registry/Per Diem basis. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in a progressive care environment, following nursing standards and hospital policies.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care with the multidisciplinary team, document thoroughly, and participate in safety and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates with the health care team.
• Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
