Carolinas Medical Center Mercy – Nursing 4 South is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The position requires assessment, planning, and supervision of patient care under supervision, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and evidence-based practice.

Ideal candidates are BSN-preferred, hold an active RN license with current BLS, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities in a culturally diverse environment.

Formación

• Licensed RN in state of practice and current with policy guidelines.
• BSN preferred per department standards.
• BLS certification required by policy.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health data and identify actual or potential diagnoses.
• Develop and implement care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
• Coordinate care and supervise nursing personnel as appropriate.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
