Advocate Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the 6B Medical observation unit at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. This part-time role (24 hours/week) offers daytime shifts (7A–7P) with weekend rotation, focusing on behavioral health observation and coordination with ER partners and hospital teams.

The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic patient care, follow established policies, and participate in daily learning within a close-knit team passionate about serving

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain safe patient environment and effective communication with the care team.
