Job summary

Bon Secours Health System is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse for Memorial Regional Medical Center in a fast-paced Cardiopulmonary unit. The role requires strong assessment skills, plans of care, and collaboration with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

minimum 1 year RN experience is required; BSN preferred. BLS is required; ACLS preferred or obtained within 6 months. Eligible for shift-based bonuses for external applicants.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with the state board.
• BLS Basic Life Support required; ACLS preferred or required within 6 months.
• BSN preferred; 1 year of RN experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment and develop a care plan.
• Implement treatments, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust as needed.
• Act as patient safety advocate and ensure a safe clinical environment.
