Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• Current state RN license (required)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team across Med-Surg and ICU units
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans
• Serve as the point of contact for patient care coordination
• Act as a patient safety advocate by contributing to quality improvement
• Administer medications safely per state practice and policies
