Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyze data, plan and evaluate care
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments
• Act as patient safety advocate by participating in quality improvement
• Administer medications safely according to policy
