Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure.
• 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Department Specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluates and integrates evidence-based practice into clinical care.
• Conducts and documents accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient plans of care.
• Provides nursing care based on assessment and patient needs.
• Manages patient assignment and delegates tasks accordingly.
• Develops and documents patient/family education plans.
• Supports discharge planning and community resources.
