Tufts Medicine’s Progressive Care Unit in Lowell seeks an RN II to provide direct patient care in accordance with policy. The role requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and 12–<3 years RN experience, with BSN preferred. Evening/night shifts, 36 hours weekly, and level-based pathway support professional growth.
Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, patient/family education, and collaboration with the healthcare team. A commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement is essential.

Hours : 36 Hours- Full Time
Shift : Evenings/Nights- 7:00PM-7:00AM
The Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway placement is comprised of four levels based on a RN’s minimum experience, education, and qualifications.
Level I - 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience.
Level II - 12 Months - Less than 3 Years of RN Experience.
Level III - 3 Years - Less than 8 Years of RN Experience.
Level IV - 8 Years of RN Experience.
