Job summary

Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care on a 37-bed unit with continuous cardiac monitoring. The role offers 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm) with weekend rotations and a $15,000 hire-on bonus for RN experience with a 2-year commitment.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with BLS, able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, technologically advanced

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in progressive care or critical care nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts with weekend rotations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and plan care in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and monitor the nursing plan of care and document care provided.
• Coordinate with physicians and allied staff to ensure safe patient transitions.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
