Job summary

Candidates should have an ASN with an active RN license in Indiana (or NLC) and a BSN preferred. BLS certification is required, with additional Life Support credentials possibly required by unit demands.

Qualifications

• ASN is required.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification through the AHA is required.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching and mentoring with the multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate to advance the patient plan of care and optimize outcomes.
• Support operational efficiency while delivering high-quality nursing care.
