• RN licensure with eligibility to work in PCU/Progressive Care.
• Strong clinical judgment and prioritization in fast-changing situations.
• Proficiency with medication administration, IV drips, and telemetry management.
• Effective communication and patient/family education skills.
• Commitment to accurate documentation and safety-focused practice.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical status.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage drips and telemetry.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and elevate concerns appropriately.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and health guidance.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and clinical standards.
