BJC HealthCare is seeking a Progressive Care Unit nurse to provide complex, step-down level care to medically stable but high-acuity patients. You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry, manage IV therapies, and administer medications in a mission-driven, research-connected environment.

Educate patients and families, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, and support safe transitions of care while growing through robust training, collaboration, and leadership support.
