Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute seeks an experienced Progressive Care Unit Nurse to provide complex, step-down level care for high-acuity patients. You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor status, manage telemetry and IV therapies, and deliver evidence-based nursing care.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate interdisciplinary plans, and support safe transitions of care to promote safety and continuity. RN licensure and strong clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications
