Job summary

Shiloh Adventures is seeking a Programs Outreach Coordinator to serve as a relational ambassador to campers, staff, interns, and ministry partners. The role plans mentoring and discipleship, oversees outreach events, and helps design culturally relevant summer camp programming in collaboration with leadership.

The POC coordinates recruitment efforts and builds strong community ties with churches and families.

Qualifications

• Strong biblical knowledge and discernment are valued.
• Ability to recruit and mentor volunteers and staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate camper mentoring and discipleship programs.
• Plan and execute camper follow-up events and outreach opportunities.
• Create events and resources to equip and encourage parents.
• Collaborate with leadership to design summer camp programming.
• Oversee camp programs and outreach events; lead staff and camper recruitment.
• Coordinate volunteers, workdays, and special projects with churches/partners.
• Develop alumni relations and foster a sense of community among staff.
