Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in program operations or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with process improvement and workflow documentation.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Improve and document operational workflows and systems.
• Build onboarding and training resources for staff.
• Support Salesforce data quality, reporting, and dashboards.
• Assist with grant compliance and HUD-related reporting.
• Lead operational projects with timelines and cross-team coordination.
• Develop SOPs and QA resources to promote accountability.
