The Pablove Foundation in the Greater Los Angeles area seeks a Programs & Operations Coordinator to keep the nonprofit organized, efficient, and moving forward in a hybrid setting. Location: Hybrid (remote + in-person meetings) Must live in the Greater Los Angeles area
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Compensation: $55,000/year

The Pablove Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children living with cancer through the arts and advancing underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research.
Through our Pablove Shutterbugs program, we teach healing arts photography classes nationwide (both virtually and in person), giving kids a creative outlet and a voice. Our research program funds innovative pediatric cancer studies, helping drive discoveries that can save lives.

The Program & Operations Coordinator is a highly collaborative, behind-the-scenes role that helps keep Pablove organized, efficient, and moving forward.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, communicates well with people, and is excited to support many aspects of a growing nonprofit organization.
Because we are a small team, this role requires someone who is flexible, resourceful, and happy to jump in wherever needed!
This role is heavily administrative and operational at its core, but also offers meaningful opportunities to engage directly with families, volunteers, donors, and community partners. We are looking for someone who enjoys both keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and serving as a warm, professional representative of the organization.
