Job summary

Minneapolis Bouldering Project, LLC is seeking a Programs Manager to lead youth programming across two locations (Minneapolis and St. Paul). You will design curricula, hire and supervise staff, and coordinate registration, safety, and community partnerships.

This full-time role emphasizes growth, inclusion, and a collaborative workplace. Responsibilities include developing engaging youth programming, managing logistics, leading teams, and aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team of 15+ staff is helpful.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Program Development and Direction: Develop innovative programming for children, including clubs, camps, and birthday parties.
• Staff Management: Schedule staff with efficient systems; motivate and supervise Programs Leads; ensure staffing quality.
• Logistics: Maintain organized registration, payments, and campus facilities budgets.
• Risk Management: Support risk reviews, incident reporting, and emergency planning; act as Incident Commander when needed.
• Marketing: Collaborate on marketing strategies and build relationships for events.
• Other Duties: Manage participant groups and assist in other roles as needed.
• Management Team: Collaborate with other managers to support staffing, program quality, and community experience.
