Job summary

G1 Climbing + Fitness is seeking a Program Manager to lead member experiences, youth programs, and community initiatives. You will align programming with growth goals, train staff, and collaborate with marketing to communicate offerings.

You will own programs from planning through evaluation, using data and feedback to improve engagement and retention across all member segments. A hands-on leader with a passion for climbing is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programs focused on member or customer experience.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Ability to use data and feedback to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the member experience from first visit through long-term membership.
• Develop strategies to engage new members during their first 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Identify opportunities to help members build routines and connect with the G1 community.
• Monitor engagement and identify disengaged members or groups.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and retention.
• Gather and evaluate member feedback to improve offerings and systems.
• Develop and execute events, leagues, workshops, and other initiatives.
• Oversee youth programs, staffing, scheduling, and safety.
• Collaborate with marketing to communicate programs and events.
• Establish goals, budgets, measures of success, and track performance.
