Job summary

AIA Seattle is seeking a Programs Manager to lead the programmatic activities, including education programs, signature design and awards events, and committee-led programming. The role anticipates major issues shaping design and the built environment, developing learning opportunities for members to create equitable, resilient, thriving communities.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent life experience.
• Demonstrated management experience in programs development, project management, event planning, volunteer engagement, membership, and/or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage education and awards programs to advance the mission.
• Develop and manage program budgets and evaluate outcomes.
• Engage members, volunteers, and partners to inform program development.
• Oversee program delivery aligning with goals and objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with staff on annual planning and capacity.
