Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage and produce education and awards programs to equip members to shape the built environment.
• Engage members, volunteers, and partners to inform program development and expand impact.
• Oversee program delivery aligned with goals and objectives; manage budgets.
• Collaborate with team and supervise others, including the Programs Coordinator.
• Support steering committees and leadership groups to advance learning and engagement.
• Attend events and functions as required; contribute to annual planning and strategy.
