Job summary

AIA Seattle seeks a Project Architect/Project Manager to drive design and production for residential, civic, and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating a small, collaborative team across phases, from concept to construction documents, with emphasis on quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of experience, are licensed or nearing licensure, and can work from our Bainbridge Island (Seattle) or Malibu studio.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of practical architectural experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Licensed or on path to licensure.
• Willing to work in the Seattle/Puget Sound area.
• Experience with design development to production documents.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects and phases of design and production.
• Coordinate and deliver project documents across teams.
• Collaborate with a small office where every voice matters.
• Support BIM workflow and software integration on projects.
