Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Youth Development, Human Services, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in youth development, education, nonprofit programming, human services, or community-based programming.
• Previous experience coordinating programs, projects, teams, or multiple priorities.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Experience working with youth, families, community partners, or multidisciplinary teams is strongly .

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO to implement program goals, priorities, calendars, and initiatives across program areas.
• Provide day-to-day management, coordination, and support to Program Coordinators and staff.
• Help ensure programs are staffed, scheduled, prepared, and operating efficiently.
• Maintain communication across Youth Education, New Gen, Family and Community Engagement, and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with CPO and staff to develop engaging programming and special initiatives.
• Conduct regular program check-ins and walkthroughs to monitor implementation and quality.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication and logistics with community partners, vendors, and providers.
• Support staff onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development with the CPO.
• Identify operational challenges and work with staff to develop solutions.
• Maintain program calendars, schedules, records, and documentation.
• Support coordination of events, field experiences, family activities, and celebrations.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate spaces, transportation, meals, and supplies.
• Providing direct supervision and support to the Social Work Program Coordinator.
• Ensuring the program is implemented consistently and efficiently.
• Maintaining appropriate program records and documentation.
• Tracking parent and caregiver participation and attendance.
• Supporting data collection and organization for program data.
• Collaborating on frameworks, procedures, workflows, and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining timely and consistent communication among families, staff, and leadership.
