Job summary

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Programs Manager to lead youth leadership initiatives, coordinate governance and events, and strengthen program delivery to advance organizational impact.

This full‑time, hybrid role is based in Herndon, Virginia, with a salary of $60,000 per year. Responsibilities include developing strategic goals with youth leadership groups, managing youth council activities and elections, building relationships with students, staff and external partners, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–7 years in youth-focused roles and administrative support.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong written communication with business writing and editing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with databases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and improve routine processes.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds as needed for meeting and event preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage scholarship, award, and contest application processes, including reviewer coordination and award disbursement.
