Job summary

Town of Silverthorne is seeking a Programs Driver Assistant at the Recreation Center to support transportation for program participants and ensure safe, reliable shuttling during assigned shifts.

You must be available at least one day per week; shifts include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30p.m.–4:45p.m. and Wednesday 2:30p.m.–4:00p.m. Hiring range is $20.81–$23.58 per hour; full pay range is $21.81–$28.74 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Three months experience working with school-age children (5-12 years old).

Responsibilities

• Transport program participants as needed.
• Be available to work at least one day a week consistently; shifts vary (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 3:30p.m.–4:45p.m. and Wed 2:30p.m.–4:00p.m.).

JOB SUMMARY

The Programs Driver Assistant is responsible for assisting with transporting program participants.

Position Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Verbal Spanish communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License at time of hire. Ability to obtain Colorado Driver's License within 30 days of hire.
