Job summary

The Town of Silverthorne is seeking an After School Programs Driver to transport children aged 5-12 from local elementary schools to the Silverthorne Recreation Center. This role requires compliance with Colorado school-age licensing rules and dependable, consistent availability at least one day per week.

Shifts include: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 3:15–4:45 pm and Wed 2:15–4:00 pm. Hiring range is $21.30–$24.14 per hour, with full pay up to $28.40; non-exempt status applies.

Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children (5-12 years old).
• Valid US Driver's License for at least 4 years.
• Current Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain within one month of hire.
• Excellent verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport children ages 5-12 from the local elementary school to the Silverthorne Recreation Center.
• Adhere to all State of Colorado School-aged licensing requirements.
• Available to work at least one day a week; shifts include: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:15 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. and Wednesday 2:15 p.m. - 4 p.m.
