Coordinates internal processes and procedures to support program delivery.
Assists in organizing materials and coordinates with stakeholders for onsite client events.
Develops data reports and tracks metrics to demonstrate program value.
Engages in continuous process improvement for project coordination work.
Develops surveys and feedback opportunities to articulate impact for Memorial Hermann or clients.
Serves as liaison to medical school residency coordinators to schedule and onboard residents.
