Shiro Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to support HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications from our Richmond, VA office. The role demands strong technical expertise in EBS 12.2+, system analysis, and robust PL/SQL development.

You will design, develop, test, and implement solutions, while performing production support and collaborating with Agile teams. Qualifications include 8+ years in EBS on OCI and experience across AP, GL, HR modules.

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS experience in 12.2+ on OCI
• Strong knowledge of AP, GL, and Purchasing modules
• Experience with iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor
• Proficiency with PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and JDeveloper
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to join a team supporting HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+, system analysis, application development, and database solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules.
• Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience in systems analysis and design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Azure DevOps.
• VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
• Power BI Paginated Reports, Power BI Desktop, and Dashboards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
