Job summary

Accylerate, LLC. is seeking an Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2+ on Linux/OCI, focusing on technical development, customization, and production support across HR and Financial modules.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder, and have experience with Linux environments. Exposure to Azure DevOps and Power BI reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+ across HR and Financial modules.
• Gather requirements via interviews and observations to develop/modify programs.
• Perform complex system administration, maintenance, and production support.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement programs and systems.
• Develop and execute unit and system testing; support UAT.
• Define input/output requirements; manage turnover to production.
• Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
• Perform related work as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Seeking an Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 or above, specializing in technical development, customization, and production support across HR and Financial modules. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder, and experience working in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Must possess a solid background in systems analysis, requirements gathering, application development, testing, and supporting modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor. Experience with Azure DevOps, Virginia Cardinal HR/Financial systems, and Power BI reporting will be an added advantage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools
• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
• Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Performing related work as required

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive technical experience working w/ Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above w/in Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastruct
• Experience coding and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite software development solutions, to include the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing,
• Exp with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder and PL/SQL
• Extensive technical experience in systems analysis and design
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft, Visio, SharePoint and Office applications
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently with minimal direction and collaborate as a team
• Highly motivated and self-directed

Desired Skills
