StarTekk is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to support HR and Financial EBS applications. You will work on 12.2+ deployments, design and implement solutions, and collaborate with Agile teams to drive digital transformation within the HR/Finance domain.

The role requires deep Oracle EBS expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in OCI/Linus environments. Hybrid work arrangement in Richmond, VA is available for qualified local candidates.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS 12.2+ in Linux environments on OCI.
Strong proficiency in AP, GL and Purchasing modules.
Experience with iRecruitment, HR and Time & Labor modules.
Proficiency with Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
Extensive experience in systems analysis and design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to join a team supporting HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+, system analysis, application development, and database solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Oracle EBS applications.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application solutions.
Perform production support, system administration, and maintenance.
Execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with Agile development teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Strong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules.
Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.
Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
