The Judge Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer to maintain, optimize, and scale our ServiceNow environment. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver robust platform solutions.

Ideal candidates have enterprise ServiceNow experience, strong OOP skills, and a track record of improving platform stability and performance. Hybrid work setup and a 3-month contract-to-hire arrangement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 5 years of experience in application development, ITSM, and ServiceNow platform administration/development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments.
• Strong object-oriented programming knowledge and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions within ServiceNow.
• Identify platform inefficiencies and recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Perform routine platform maintenance including performance monitoring and remediation.
• Ensure platform stability, reliability, and alignment with best practices.
• Manage platform security including user access, roles, and ACLs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support platform adoption and optimization.
• Develop and maintain platform-wide reporting strategies and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members and users.
• Assist in managing technical debt and long-term platform improvements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. This position requires a strong technical background, deep ServiceNow expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments, implementing platform best practices, resolving complex technical issues, and driving platform stability and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Identify platform inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and technical enhancements.
• Perform routine platform maintenance, including performance monitoring, issue detection, and remediation.
• Ensure platform stability, reliability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage platform security, including user and group access, roles, permissions, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to support platform adoption and optimization.
• Develop and maintain platform-wide reporting strategies and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to team members and business users.
• Assist in managing technical debt and implementing long-term platform improvements.
• Stay current with ServiceNow innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Support project initiatives and serve as a technical lead when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in application development, IT Service Management (ITSM), and ServiceNow platform administration/development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform administration, and configuration.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments.
• Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) knowledge and experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow certifications are highly desired.
