Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency, plus CS-related degree and programming experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS plus two years programming experience, or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree plus three years programming/systems analysis, two in programming.
Equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the above qualifications.

Responsibilities

Defines requirements for analytical studies and documents current systems operations.
Works with user department in all phases of system design.
Prepares specifications for system improvements and tests coded programs.
Maintains knowledge of ANSI COBOL and related coding methods.
Performs system administration for Ellucian Banner production and development environments.
Configures Banner Security and manages job scheduling and incident response.
