Job summary

The Ministry of Justice seeks a project support professional to contribute to the Service Centre expansion programme. The postholder will provide structured support to enable recruitment and training strategies, helping move service lines from regions into the Service Centre.

Qualifications

Experience of managing project life cycles and project delivery.
A project management qualification or willingness to undertake necessary training.
Competent in the use of MS Office products, including Word, Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

Provide practical, structured support to the Programme with emphasis on recruitment and training strategy.
Plan, coordinate and track activity related to moving service lines from regions to the Service Centre.
Maintain plans, actions and governance products; support recruitment activity and onboarding arrangements.
Coordinate inputs to training plans so staff can deliver new and transferring service lines.
Support readiness for transition; capture and escalate dependencies, risks and issues; manage regional interfaces.
Demonstrate strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management across recruitment, training and programme delivery.
