Change Grow Live's HMP Channings Wood site is recruiting a Programmes Facilitator to help people develop confidence, skills and resilience through structured group programmes and recovery-focused interventions.
You will deliver engaging recovery sessions, facilitate the Atlas Programme, create safe environments, assess needs, provide one-to-one support, and work with healthcare teams, prison staff and partner agencies to support wellbeing and rehabilitation.

Experience in substance misuse, education, training, social care, mental health, or criminal justice can be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. If you enjoy working with groups, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about helping others achieve their potential, we’ll provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours
