Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Programmatic Supply Chain Material Analyst to support material readiness, demand forecasting, and launch readiness across multiple U.S. facilities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product lines, manufacturing, sourcing, and operations to scale the Programmatic ARS portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive supply chain strategies, perform cost and risk analyses, and develop actionable insights with Power BI and ERP/MRP tools to enable successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing operations, sourcing or program management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and product launches.
• APICS/ASCM certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Develop and manage material strategies and readiness for launches.
• Execute make-versus-buy evaluations and support sourcing decisions.
• Plan and deploy Programmatic Hubs and Fabrication COE initiatives.
• Lead program launches and industrialization support for new adds.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage risk across the supply chain.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI for visibility.
• Support network optimization and manufacturing footprint decisions.
