Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Supply Chain Material Analyst, Programmatic, to develop and execute supply chain strategies for Programmatic ARS portfolio. Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with 25% travel across Arden, Charlotte, and other sites.

Target annual salary range: $86,000–$126,000. The role focuses on material readiness, demand forecasting, make-versus-buy analysis, supplier readiness, and COE planning to support Golden Unit builds, program launches, and ramp-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, or program management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and capacity plans.
• Lead make-versus-buy evaluations for fabricated components and key commodities.
• Define material readiness and supplier readiness for program launches.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI to drive decision-making.
