Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Supply Chain Material Analyst, Programmatic. Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) with ~25% travel, located at Arden/Charlotte or other listed sites in the US.

The analyst will develop and execute supply chain strategies for the Programmatic ARS portfolio, focusing on material readiness, demand forecasting, make-versus-buy, supplier readiness, and launch execution to support growth and industrialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, or program management.
• ERP/MRP systems experience required; APICS certifications preferred.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered; within 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Develop material readiness and supplier readiness strategies.
• Lead make-versus-buy evaluations for components and commodities.
• Support program launches, hubs, and fabrication COE planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI and ERP data.
• Support long-range planning, SIOP, and inventory strategies.
