Job summary

Tombras, a 600+ person national advertising agency, is seeking a Supervisor, Media Investment to lead programmatic strategy, planning, and optimization. You’ll guide a team and partner with analytics, strategy and account service to meet client KPIs.

Based in Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, relocation assistance may be provided. You will mentor staff, present marketplace insights to clients, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery across programmatic channels.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in media investment buying and planning.
• 1+ years mentoring and managing a team.
• Experience planning and buying multi-million dollar programmatic campaigns.
• Proficient with digital media research tools: Comscore, Nielsen, Simmons.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand on departmental process and programmatic prowess.
• Communicate marketplace intelligence and present media strategies, plans & recommendations.
• Provide guidance to Strategy, Analytics and Account Service to ensure alignment with and delivery against client KPI’s.
• Oversee team training and mentoring and lead the implementation and development of all new and existing processes.
• Act as programmatic departmental liaison with other departments concerning resource allocation.
• Work with planners to ensure plans meet client objectives and stated goals.
