Tombras is seeking a Supervisor, Media Investment to guide the programmatic function and elevate buying strategy for multiple clients. You’ll lead a team, shape process improvements, and ensure campaigns align with client KPIs while delivering insightful marketplace analysis.

The role requires 5–6 years in media investment and a track record of multi-million dollar campaigns, with strong proficiency in research tools and client-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Media Investment buying and planning at a media agency or vendor.
• 1+ years experience mentoring and managing a team.
• Experience in planning and buying multi-million dollar programmatic campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand on departmental process and programmatic prowess.
• Communicate with clients on marketplace intelligence and present media strategies, plans & recommendations.
• Provide guidance to Strategy, Analytics and Account Service to ensure alignment with client KPI’s.
• Oversee team training and mentoring and lead development of processes.
• Align with other departments concerning allocation of planning and buying resources in programmatic.
