Job summary

Harvard Universitys PBHA seeks a Program Fellow to support cross-program administrative initiatives under the Deputy Director and work closely with the Directors of Programs and the Manager of Student Development and Evaluation.

The fellow will collaborate on program-related communications and volunteer recruitment, contributing to three focus areas: program team administrative capacity, community engagement support, and volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years experience in a non-profit community based organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for program team including project management of cross program initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, retreats, onboarding of volunteers and staff training.
• Support outreach, recruitment, and engagement activities for student volunteers and counselors.
• Assist with planning and execution of department programming and events.
• Help maintain institutional memory and cross-organizational initiatives.
