Harvard University is seeking a Program Fellow to support PBHA’s cross-program activities, volunteer recruitment, and community engagement. You will report to the Deputy Director and collaborate with Directors of Programs and the Manager of Student Development.

This role emphasizes administrative capacity, event logistics, and program communications, with opportunities to contribute to mentor training and campus partnerships in Cambridge.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in a non-profit community-based organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for program team initiatives.
• Assist onboarding of volunteers, senior counselors, and junior counselors.
• Coordinate logistics for program events and trainings.
• Support volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Maintain institutional memory and collaborate across PBHA teams.
• Represent PBHA at community events to recruit volunteers.
