East Coast Contract Industries provides Adult Day Training facility for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Florida. Our programs offers valuable interactive and educational classes that teach participants how to manage a wide range of everyday tasks. Staff work with participants to convey, how to manage money, cook meals, perform household cleaning, use a computer, follow sound health and safety procedures, learn social skills, and participate in art and music expression.

The purpose of this position is to manage the facility budget including authorization of expenditures, establishing objectives for expenditures, monitoring of purchasing, ordering, coordinating of delivery of facility equipment and services and supervising processing of vouchers. Develop plan of corrections to address any issues that may arise.
Ensures residents’ rights and promotes optimal quality of life standards. Reports any incident of abuse in accordance with facility procedure and the Disabled Persons Abuse Negligence Act. Adheres to policies related to boundaries with individuals. Attends required abuse risk management training. Reports suspicious and inappropriate behaviors. Adheres to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising individuals.
Maintain frequent and ongoing communication with Executive Director, facilityDirector and Senior Directoras necessary. Request consultation from therapists and behavioral staff as necessary.
Conduct time studies on all contract and training jobs to ensure compliance with federal wage and hour guidelines. Actively seek and procure work contracts.
Ensure that training and support services for all clients are administered as required, and review and analyze evaluation and reports to ensure proper admission and ongoing training of clients.
BA in Human Services with a strong day treatment service background and supervisory experience.
4 years supervisory experience in human services . Education may be substituted for experience.
A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position.
