This position directly supports the Administrator and other department heads in completing designated quality assurance tasks, as well as participating in quality improvement projects.
Assist in completing duties in regard to the hiring process at the facility.
Assist each department head as needed in the organization and development of required documentation.
Maintain filing system for central files and archives.
Type, copy and distribute facility and client information which includes facility/appointment calendars, key staff schedules, meetings, in services, family correspondences, newsletters and client activities as requested.
Input and update all required client information in to Therap in a timely manner. Complete training for any new Therap updatesto maintaincompetency in assignedduties.
Coordinate and track quarterly management review system data for the Administrator.
Communicate with the Administrator, Key staff and clinical team on any immediate needs or concerns in the facility in regard to documentation and organization.
Review Resident Trust policy and Social Security requirements.
Working closely with each facility's Social Worker to maintain resident accounts below the $2000 threshold.
Coordinate all resident trust questions, policy exceptions, and then forward to supervisor as needed.
Assist and participate in facility events as assigned by the Administrator.
High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
One year experience in an office setting.
Proficiency in computer and secretarial skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop and Power point.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
6 months experience preferred working with Intellectual/Developmental Disability populations.
Proficiency in computer and secretarial skills including Excel, Word, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
Resident Trust knowledge is a plus.
$23.00 per hour
A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position.
