Job summary

SER Metro-Detroit is seeking a Program Support Specialist/Facilitator (Part-Time) in Highland Park, MI to support the PATH program. You will assist career coaches, facilitate workshops, process intake and enrollment, and coordinate supportive services while tracking outcomes.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of clerical or customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a valid Michigan driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clerical and/or customer service experience.
• Computer skills to use word processing and spreadsheet applications.
