Job summary

RTX's Merrimack, NH facility seeks a Program Planning Lead/Coordinator within the Logistics organization. The role provides logistics support across multiple programs, ensuring flow of goods and services to meet PMO schedules, and delivering activity logs in ALCS and related systems.

The position requires a degree or equivalent experience, solid MS Office skills, and US citizenship to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Onsite work, with potential overtime to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• U.S. Citizenship - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues, and concerns.
• Work closely with Program Management, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance.
• Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and PMO schedule requirements.
• Support daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program(s) including directing program logistics coordinators or warehouse leads.
• Support functional warehouse and quality leadership to meet schedules and contractual sell-off requirements with DCMA.
• Disseminate logistics priorities with warehouse and quality leadership to meet schedules and objectives.
• Attend program meetings and collect data/metrics to aid logistics budget and analysis.
